Seeking information for articles

Hello everyone! I know the blog has not seen much activity in the last two weeks.

One of the reasons is because my attention has been diverted for attending to the influx of preparation work to be done for current as well as future assignments. Most of it involves brainstorming for ideas and new story angles. This part of the job, as most seasoned writers will tell you, is the toughest because without a good idea or angle for the story, you can barely start putting the information in to prose.

So saying, there is some information that I require, and I am hoping that some of you out there (public relations consultancies, marketing persons, business owners etc) could give me some leads for the following:

For: Long features on gourmet travel trends. Example: Paris the gourmet epicentre.
Geographical area: International

3)
Industry: Food, wine
For: Informative features. Example: What you need to know before you buy your own vineyard.
Geographical area: International

4)
Industry: Food processes
For: Informative features on topics like organic products, sustainable farming, farm-to-market practices etc. for healthy living and better quality of life.
Geographical area: Singapore and Southeast Asia in general
